I’ve always believed that with the right guidance, anyone can rise beyond limitations. That belief led me to create Career Circle—a movement that has empowered over 100+ people to step into careers they once thought were out of reach.

In recognition of my impact, I was named one of the 100 Most Influential Young Women in Africa by African Women Audacity in November 2024. I was also honored as Africa Volunteer of the Year at the Future Women Conference, 2024. These accolades underscore my relentless commitment to empowering communities and creating meaningful change.

 

I founded the Career Circle Youth Foundation in 2023, now a thriving platform that was officially re-launched in November, 2024. This is a platform dedicated to equipping young people with essential skills for career and personal growth.

In 2022, I launched Operation Feed the Streets, a grassroots initiative that provided food and hope to the homeless in Akure, shocked by its success, I decided to make more impact in the society.

​

Beyond my foundation work, I am passionate about storytelling as a tool for transformation. My book, Jar of Oil, offers reflections and practical insights on overcoming challenges and unlocking potential.

​

I have also served as a judge for the STEM Fiction Competition for She Solves Africa and was featured on the World Changers Podcast UK hosted by the Avocado Foundation, highlighting my commitment to innovation and supporting emerging voices.

As a Global Youth Ambassador at Theirworld, I actively advocate for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4, 5, and 8). Additionally, as Director of Branding at Women in Africa, I contribute to shaping a vision that empowers and unites women across the continent.

​

But that’s not all—I’m also a Products & Operations Manager, leveraging my expertise to drive efficiency, strategy, and innovation in fast-paced industries. My career in product and operations has seen me collaborate with top-tier brands like MTN, UBA Bank, and Parallex Bank, where I have successfully developed and optimized business solutions that bridge gaps, improve systems, and enhance customer experiences. My ability to blend product strategy with operational excellence ensures that businesses don’t just grow—they thrive.
